The Itinerary
Day 1
We’ll all gather at the lodge in the early evening after a day of traveling. Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a champagne toast and have some time to settle in before we come together for cocktail hour and our first dinner. After dinner, we’ll have our first mini book discussion and share our theories and predictions for ACOTAR 7.
Day 2
After breakfast, we’ll find a cozy corner to settle into our PJs, mimosas in hand, and spend some time getting to know each other. The rest of the day will be all about reading, with optional crafts for anyone who wants a little break from the pages. After dinner, we’ll wind down with a cozy spa night, with time to relax in the hot tub and enjoy a little self-care before bed.
Day 3
If weather permits, we’ll head into town to visit a local independent bookstore and grab a coffee, with the option to join or stay back and enjoy the lodge. Once we’re back, we’ll warm up with tea and biscuits before settling back in for more reading. After dinner, we’ll wrap up the night with an ACOTAR-themed game night featuring board games, card games, and karaoke.
Day 4
We’ll come together for our final group discussion after everyone has had time to finish the book and share our favorite moments and thoughts. In the evening, we’ll head out for a relaxed farewell dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the lodge for our last night together.
Day 5
We share one last breakfast together before departing the lodge marking the close of a week spent reading, exploring, and experiencing the long weekend together.

This room is in the lower level with it’s own little living area. The living area is also where the Queen pullout is located. If there are a few of you, this could be a convenient combo of rooms to choose.

Rooms are spread across the main level and lower level of the house. Room pricing is based on bed type and room category.
If sharing a bed, they must be your friend or family.
Room details
There are four bathrooms in the house shared among six guest rooms. All bathrooms are shared, unless noted in the room listing.
Bathrooms
All bookings can be secured with a non-refundable $650 deposit, or paid in full.
You’ll have the option to split your balance in up to four monthly payments. Depending on when you book, keep in mind that all payments must be fully paid by December 1st, which may not allow you to have 4 split payments, but rather 2-3.
After you book your spot, you’ll receive a Guest Onboarding Packet within 24–48 hours. This will include a questionnaire and Retreat Participation Agreement. You must agree with and sign the document in order to attend. If you do not agree, we will refund your payment, minus the payment processing fees.
Reservations with an unpaid balance may be released, and payments made up to that point are non-refundable. If circumstances change and you’re no longer able to attend, we will do our best to assist in finding a replacement guest for your spot. Any refund in this situation would be made only if a replacement is secured, with the deposit forfeited.
Payment plans
The closest airport to the mountain lodge is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. It is a 20-25min drive to get from there to the home.
Ubers are readily available from the airport. You may also car pool with other participants, we will have a group chat created where you can make such arrangements before your trip.
If you decide to rent a car or drive from your home to the retreat location, please be cautious as the weather conditions can be bad in Montana at this time of year. Please ensure you use a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

This retreat is open to women only, ages 21 and over.
